駒沢大学、美術学校といずれも中退後、世界を旅して歩く、帰国後、ジャズミュージシャン、イラストレーターとしてイラスト、デザイン関係の仕事や音楽活動に従事する。
１９８２年頃より本格的に自然をテーマに写真撮影に取り組む。
自然全般、特に様々な現象がもたらす自然界のデリケートな色彩や造形に興味を持ち、イラストレーター時代に蓄積したイメージをより精神的な形で写真に再現している。
現在、コマーシャル、エディトリアル、ポスター、ポストカードシリーズ、カレンダー、雑誌、その他多方面で活動、作品を発表している。
写真展「森と水の鼓動」「森と水の息吹」など多数。
It is engaged in an illustration and design-related work and musical activities as after a homecoming and the jazz musician who all travel after quitting school and around the world with Komazawa University and an art school, and walk, and illustrator. It ages 1982 and photography is completely tackled on the theme of nature. It gets interested in especially the color and molding with a delicate nature that natural whole and various phenomena bring about especially, and the image accumulated in its illustrator days is reproduced in the photograph in the more nearly mental form. present, commercials, an editorial, a poster, postcard series, a calendar, and a magazine -- in addition -- various -- under [!! ] activity

以前、ヨーロッパを旅して、ウイーンの森にある公園のベンチに腰かけていた時,
数羽のシジュウカラがすぐ近くに寄ってきて、わたしの肩に止まったのです。
日本ではまずありえないことなので驚いたのですが、偶然もっていたピーナッツをポケットから取り出し、手のひらにくだいて乗せると、鳥たちは何のためらいもなく、かわるがわる餌台となったわたしの手からピーナッツをついばんでくれたのです。
その時の手のひらに伝わる彼らの温かい感触はたとえることのできない快感として現在でも忘れることはできません。
鳥を撮ることからスタートしたわたしの写真は、その時の延長でもありウイーンの森での夢よ再びなのかもしれません。
都市（街）から自然へとその温もりを求めて旅から旅へ.........。
わたしの出会う野性の鳥や動物たち、あるいは自然は、ヨーロッパで出会った鳥たちのように簡単にコミュニケートしてくれません。
彼らは危険を感じるわたしからはつねに安全距離を保って行動します。
その野生たちと自分との距離を縮めるのはレンズを変えただけではどうしようもなく、鳥や動物たちに限らず、花や虫、一滴（しずく）の朝露、一本の草や葉など、森羅万象,自然を形成するすべてに対して、彼らを見つめる心の距離を短縮する以外に、方法がないのではないかと思っているのです。
近づくこと、つまり生命（いのち）が集まってできた自然との距離を暖めあうことができるのは惚れる、一瞬でもいいから対象に惚れ、ハートフルにバイブレーションを交感することではないでしょうか。
結果として、人とのつきあいと同じなんだな〜と気がついたのです。
そんなことをつねづね考えながらファインダーを覗いているのですが、はたしてこの写真集を手にして下さる方々と、わたしとの心の距離は少しでも暖めあうことができるでしょうか？
ジョン、レノンが我々に「イマジン」をプレゼントしてくれたように・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・。。

I traveled to Europe and had a good time in Vienna.
when I was sitting on a bench in the park. some timece
came near to me and one of them alighted on my shoulder.
This could never happen in Japan, so I was very suprised.
I took some peanuts out of my pocket and put them on my hand.
Then they settied on my hand and began to peck at them without
hesitation.
There was still a warm feeling left in my hand after they flied
away.
A few years ago, I started to take picture of bird and since then.
I have been looking for all the warm things composing nature.
I came across various kinds of wild bird, animals and plantsin Japan ,
but they never easily commnnicated with me. Since human being are
dangerous to them , they keep their distance from me.
The telephoto lens can be of some use for shortening the distance
between the object and me.but not sufficient for close communication
with nature.
The only way to commmunicate with nature,composed as it is,
of innumerable lives ,is to fall in love with and talk with nature itself.
It works the same as humann relation. When I look into the viewfinder,
I always keep it in mind.
So I hope you and can communicate with each other through my images in
" MIND SHOWER " just as John Lennon did in " IMAGINE "

「イマジン」を映像化してしてみたくて、「マインドシャワー」を出版してから二年が経過しようとしている。
相変わらず、果てしない夢をいだいて、なんども繰り返し旅にあけくれた、それは心の浄化から、感じる、あるいは感じられることへの旅だったと思う。
物質的に恵まれすぎた時代のかげで、心のあり方が、そういったパワーに押しつぶされ栄養失調になってしまうのが、不安でたまらなかったこともある。
でも、それ以上に深く求めていたものは、胸がキュ〜ンと高鳴るような、自然との暖かいコミュニケーションを増幅させていきたいということだった。
地球の上に脈打つ、自分と同じ生命（いのち）の鼓動をどんな感じで、どこまで感じとれることができるのだろうか、時に、戸惑うこともあったが、知らないあいだに自分でつけてしまったいらないシールを一枚一枚剥がしとることによって、謎は次第にに解ける気がした。
あるがままに。
そのまま、自然に感じとればいいことだった、感じ方よっては、人は大きくもなり小さくも、愛しく憎くも、美しくも醜くも、幸せにも不幸
にも、平和にも恐怖の戦場にも..........................自在に。
わたしはこれからもずっと、感性のスイッチに光を浴びせながら、心地よく鳴り響くキャュチホーンをギュッと胸に抱いて、
さらなる自分探しの旅をつづけて行きたいと思う。
では、この写真集を見て下さった方々に向かって、スイッチをプラスオンにしたまま、お互いに感性の交感ができますことを夢見て.

Almost two years have passed since appearance of first photo book Mind Shower.
Which was intended to rearize my imagine.
I have been travering. dreming an endress dream.Whenever I think about our present time
Which depends so much on the material world , I aiway feel unhappy and wonder if our
collective mind is really healthy . I have been looking for ciose communication with nature
which always make my heart warm and comfortable . When I can not feel the beat of life on
the earth, I become confused and bocome convinced again that it is most important to accept
the nature as it is.
We can change ourselves in any way we wish remain very sensitive. All I can tell you now is
that I try never to forget to be sensitive and will continue making these kinds of mind journey.
I hope thatI. together with my readers. can develop sencitive and spiritual communications
through my second photo book feel.........。

水は、いつでも、どこでも、気ままで自由に表情を変えて流れ、光はさまざまないのちにむか
って、愛と幸福感をシンボリックに伝え、限りない旅をつづける。
その両者の合流点に出会った時、わたしはふと奥深い宇宙の源に、そっとふれたような不思
議な感触をおぼえ、胸がトクトクと鳴る。
いのちのスタートラインとしてイメージがナチュラルに湧き、その一瞬一瞬をドキドキ震える手でシャッターを刻み、一枚の印画紙の中に、あれやこれやと思いを馳せながら、現象をプロデュースしていくのだ。
地球の上では、数知れないいのちが、いろいろな形で暮らしている、このいのちがもっとも輝
いてみえる瞬間を目にすることは、じつに楽しく、うれしいし、ハッピーなことだと思う。
ここ数年、それらが輝き続けることのできる、原点ともなる光と水に、特に感心をもって撮影をつづけている。
光も水も宇宙の、まして地球のトータルな表情だと思っている。
当たり前だが、どちらが滅びても、地球上のいのちの存在は考えられないことだし、人間も勿論のことだ。
光の源、光の匂いを嗅ぎ分けることができるなら..........................。
宇宙と仲良く、その波動を毎日、音楽のように楽しみながら、暮らしていけるのだろうか、
そう想うと夢はさらにふくらんで行く。
わたしは、この魅力的なテーマをさらに、クリエイティブに撮り続けて行きたいと思う。

The water runs of its own will, anytime, anywhere, changing expression; and lighrt also bathes all forms of life, emitting love
and the sence of happiness. A symbol of eternal travel. I get exited at the moment when light and water meet. That moment
is a wonderous sensation of touching the deepest core of the universe. When I feel the images which come naturally to me
as an initial point of life forms, I shoot each moment of them with my trembling finger,and arrange thoughts on print.
There are a multitude of like forms inhabiting earth. It is my pleasure to withness some
of their glorious moment.
For several years, I have taken pictures with special interest in light and water, the essence of life.No beings can exist without
either of them. I sometimes wonder if it is possible to sence the oder of the light, and to reach the center of the emission.
I would like to enjoy the harmony of the universe, feeling the wave of life as if it were music.And so my dream goes on.
I believe that light and water are a very attractive theme of photography.
